Missing TV, Takealot has no idea where it is.

Terrible service. Placed on order for "Guaranteed Next Day Collection" next day arrived but order didn't. Follow up the following day to be told by a lady named Cleo that the item is at Bedfordview and that I can collect and a QR code is sent to me and status online updated to ready for collection. Arrive at Bedfordview to be told that my order is not here and they don't know where it is. Phoned again and was told they don't know where my order is. Now it's in Limbo and no one is able to provide me with an answer or my order.
