MISSING TAKE ALOT ITEMS

If could give a minus star I would, firstly my order had missing items, and then i logged in the query in which they credited my account, however one of the missing items has now increased in value, when i call to complain, they state there is nothing they can do about it, yet it was their fault now I must pay extra because they did not do their job.
