Missing tablet from bundle

So my bundled package arrived form Takealot. It was supposed to be a printer a keyboard and mouse, printing paper and a Android Tablet. After opening up the printer and installing the software I open up the other box with the other stuff in it. Everything looked fine, I removed the keyboard and the photo paper and lifted up the white cardboard where the tablet should have been. The tablet was missing. I called them and told them right away. The lady said that they will investigate the problem. I have received a ticket (Ticket Ref # ********** ) but till today not a single email from them stating how this problem will be solved. I receive another email asking me if I was happy with my purchase. I rep**** no and did not even get a reply from them.
