Missing shipment

I have placed an order on the 03rd June, I eventually got a delivery on the 21st June.

However my shipment was sort, I only received item out of 7 items that I have order.

I escalated to takealot on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th June. I have also sent communication to the couriers on the 24th June.

I only received one response on the morning of the 23rd June at 08:36 from takealot advising that they will escalate for investigation.

I have heard nothing further,
