MISSING SERVICE

Service is sorely missing. 2 times I have to deal with faulty items. Last time I explained that I need only the panel repaired of the alarm, They agreed. Then they said, our rules require you to return everything. I can't return everything cos the cables are mounted and I can't take them down. fisokuhle buthelezi sent me letter and I rep**** that even I spoke with them and with the supplier and they agreed to send the panel only. 10 days no reply. I had to phone again just to be told that they are waiting
