Missing Samsonite Bag Set

Hi. I sent my Samsonite bag set which was under warranty to takealot requesting a repair to the pulling mechanism on the hand luggage. I was subsequently notified that I will be credited for the bag set ,to which I immediately rep**** that I'd rather have my bags returned to me as they are substantially more expensive now and I'd rather privately have the fault repaired. Takealot refuses to send my bags back to me and the lady I spoke to on the phone today was rude and arrogant. She informed me that the bag no longer belongs to me and I have no choice in the matter. Takealot does not listen to their customers and is a very difficult company to deal with. My return reference is RRN 5078-97F1
