Missing return from Takealot

I’m utterly disappointed in the service l experienced with Takealot , on the 29th December my items was successfully delivered to me l decided to return one of the items which was the kettle and ceiling light , the driver came as promised and collected both items from me .Few days later l received an email stating that takealot only received the kettle not the light, l explained numerous of times to the consultants that both items was given to driver but my request just fell on deaf ears , l was told that it was escalated and feedback will be provided I’m infuriated and fed up with takealot l want my refund as soon as possible before l take this matter further!
