Missing return-*********** customer care

I am very unhappy with takealot handling a return of mine,Logged a return and now they declined it citing i didnt bring a charger back after indelivered it seperatkybfrom their request.so ok no exchange or refund which is fine but give me my product back that I paid for originally. il go try fix it somewhere else.your pickup point little falls says they can't locate and it's not with them,customer care say I must send an email since 13 Jan been back and forth.I have things in my cart now I'm reluctant to order again because of this treatment.Track it and let me know where my daughters ipad pen is sitting she uses it for school too.ref MRRN76WXQRQV4
