Missing Refund

I buy from takealot quiet a lot and their service has been great until lately. I have noticed that they don't even respond to complaints on Hello Peter . That says a lot about how you value your customers. My money has gone missing, they refunded part of my refund and the balance has gone missing. No one responds to their emails. Once a refund has been approved it says give it 3 to 5 business days for funds to reflect in your bank account. Refund was approved on 24th May , it's now 7th June, that's now 14 days and I'm still waiting for my money. My query ( order ***7) was initially handled by Carmen and now she has gone Awol on me. She doesn't respond to my emails anymore. I'm now being assisted by Atlang. I'm beyond disappointed and annoyed.
