Missing R3781 item from order, acknowledge damaged item not deliived now won't refund

Missing R3500 item from my order, they agreed item was damaged and not delivered after months of back and forth mails now back to sqaure 1 of loop of *********** people who clearly just send you a response straight from a script. Never thought a site like takealot would end up ****ming people
