Missing products

I purchased a 4 channel camera from Take alot. Since purchasing this item I have been in contact with them regarding system not recording and no manual included. I have then decided to return this item. Before I returned it I contacted them to ask if I would be allowed to do so due to original packaging being disposed of. I was advised to wrap all items neatly and return which I have done. Now when I track my return for past week it states there is items that is missing. I have contacted them regards to this and was advised that manual was not included of which I have never received. Now after a week I call them again as return have been declined and is concluded. So I call them again only to be told there is 4 x cameras missing a mouse and more items which is basically the whole system. So how do you return a camera system without the actual cameras?? I have emailed to no avail. I have called to no avail.
