Missing product damaged box non existent customers service

I ordered a energizer battery charger and an extra 4 pack of batteries all i recieved is batteries in a box that was half opened and looked as if it was rolled down a mountain, trying to call their customer service number to speak to a representative is like trying to meet Jesus, a more pathetic and useless company i have never seen or had the misfortune of dealing with!
