Missing piece to a L shape garden set and chipped tv stand.

I bought a L shape garden set and it came with a missing piece I also bought a tv stand and its chipped and has scratches the manager on duty then says I must take everything apart after paying someone and taking two days to set up the L shape garden set bubble wrap everything and send it back. Been waiting 2 weeks just for them to get back to me about the L shape garden set what a joke.
