Missing Phone

<p>I ordered a phone and 3 other items from Takealot. When I placed the order everything except the phone was out of stock. Yesterday I received everything except the phone (which still shows as in stock on the website). I've called 5 times and no one can tell me where the phone is, if its been sent out or if there's even stock. The customer service agents keep making promises that it will be here today before 5 yet here I sit at 5:44 sans phone. Truly terrible service</p>
