Missing Parcel Marked As Delivered

I placed an order on 4 December 2020. On 6 December 2020 (a Sunday) I was notified my order was out for delivery. I waited the whole day for my delivery but it did not arrive. At 18:06 on the same day, the takealot app indicated that my delivery was delivered and signed for by me (this is not true, it was not delivered).

The next morning (Monday) I called the Proclamation Hill Pickup Point to notify them of this error, they said the driver incorrectly tagged the parcel as delivered and that they would ensure my order would be delivered to me that day. Once again, I wait another full day for my takealot order and it still has not arrived. I have to call the Pickup Point again tomorrow, this is such an inconvenience.

Having placed numerous orders and had them delivered hassle free by takealot in the past, I am beyond appalled by this shambolic service. I really hope they resolve this as soon as possible. If I could give zero stars I would.
