Missing parcel

Bought a tumble dryer on Takealot. it was scheduled to be delivered on 2023/05/17 but delivery was canceled by delivery team as the item was to big or was send to the wrong delivery team. several emails later and about 11 calls and still no one can tell me what has happened to my order. Received an email on 2023/05/20 stating that the item will be delivered on 2023/05/22. On enquiry I was once again told delivery will not take place and they will escalate the enquiry. No one seems to be able to help and also unable to cansel the order.
