MISSING PANEL

I have a problem and cannot resolve it. I ordered 6 Mercer panels. 5 of the 6 panels was delivered on 27 November. A date was set for the 2nd, then for the 6th and then for 11th of December to get the missing panel to me, yet nothing. I have send emails, phoned, but noting. I cannot get held of anyone, but minions who is not able to help me. I phoned DPD who courier the parcel. Apparently is the panel damaged. DPD awaits takealot for a reaction. No Help, noting. I WILL NOT EVER BUY FROM TAKELOT AGAIN.
