Missing package then closed support ticket

Ordered and paid for a product that was not delivered. On the app it said that i signed for the item, which is a complete lie.

Logged a support ticket and it was closed without any feedback as to the whereabouts of my order. Seems like they just let anyone sign for a package and mark it as the customer. Request #***8
