Missing package

After 2 months of phonecalls and emails Takealot still has not been able to retrieve the package that they "delivered" yet it was not received by the intended person. They have not even bothered to keep me updated or give me any updates regarding the process. They just keep telling me they will look for it and nothing ever gets done. Absolutely disappointed with the service received.
