Missing package!

So I guess if I go lay a complaint on social media I will be classified as a Karen? However no one is getting back to me it's now 4 days? and I'm still expected to be patient and understanding about the situation?

My account shows my order has been delivered and signed for by me , however I did not receive any package. I get 60 emails a day apologizing for the inconvenience caused and how I must have a lovely day but no solid feedback regarding the situation? This is ridiculous. I want a refund today. I bought this as a gift for someones birthday today.
