Missing order

I am Boikanyo Moema with order number ***0 .

I have been a loyal customers with Takealot.com and this time around I am disappointed in the level of service.

On Friday 20th of March 2020, I made an order of academic textbooks to the value of R1844 , which included the SAICA volume 2 and your website is misleading as it just says volume 2 ( which doesn't describe whether it's volume 2(1) only or volume 2(2) only or volume 2B only) and for that price in most academic textbooks ( being R869 which takealot.com charges on the SAICA Handbook Volume 2 ) it'sa price for all 3x SAICA Handbook Volume 2 books. I feel this is unfair and misleading, if not false advertising.

I demand three other books in my order ( being Volume 2(1) and Volume 2B) at no cost as I have paid .
