Missing Order - Disgusting Service

I ordered my parcel on the 27th September, my pracel was never delivered to my adress, it was delivered to the incorrect address. Not even a phone call from the delivery person just dropped it off not even confirming if it the correct adress or information. I have contacted them over multiple times, their customer server is disgusting. This is unacceptable. I will never use Takealot again and I will make sure that everybody I know will be informed about this disgusting delivery service. Takealot does not care abut there customers.
