Missing Order - Disgusting Service

I ordered a XBox X for my son's birthday on the 22nd September, they sent it to the wrong branch. I have contacted them over three times, their customer server is disgusting. I asked for a credit but they say I need to wait for the "elusive" package to get to the branch. This is inacceptable. I will never use Takealot again and I will make sure that everybody I know that Takealot does not care abut there customers.
