Missing order and NO FEEDBACK pathetic service! ****med

Placed and paid for order on 28/11. I've still not received my items and there's been no movement on my order! Over 2 weeks and none of the items are delayed, they are all available! No agents can provide feedback or an eta! Where are the items I paid for!!!
