Missing order and delay from the customer care on telephone, app and website

Takealot call center does not answer calls on time at that point the driver just left my house as I opened the delivery it was missing items I ordered and received incomplete order and I had paid for it. To stay on line for more than 10 min it’s unprofessional and even using their app or website to log a query didn’t help in an emergency situation like mine. For the first time with takealot I am highly disappointed and I want my missing order to be delivered as scheduled today.
