Missing order

On the 7th of June 2022 my order was delivered with a missing item. I immediately sent a complaint to Takealot and till today nothing has been done from their side to resolve the problem. I have sent numerous emails and they have disappeared with my money. I feel completely ****** and I wonder how many consumers are they doing this to.
