Missing order

Always had a positive experience with Takealot but that has now changed. I ordered 3 products on Friday with delivery guaranteed for next day (which was yesterday) and I’ve heard nothing, tracking doesn’t help as it shows no progress for my paid order still at stage 1 in process. I tried the chatbot (which is the only means to make contact) and is a total waste of time. There is no customer care phone number and no way to contact Takealot and find out where my order is. Super frustrating and I needed these products yesterday which is why I ordered through Takealot. No idea what to do next?????
