Missing order!!

I ordered and paid for a very important order that I needed by a certain date. On the day it was supposed to be delivered I got a notice to say my order went missing and they had to do it again! I emailed them and they said they would investigate and I still have not heard a word!! I am so disappointed and angry! This will make me not use them anymore!!
