Missing order

I am really disappointed with takealot, I made an order on Friday and paid a delivery fee of R70 for the order to be delivered on the 7th of August and they only delivered one of the order on the 8th and the other has not been shipped. Why did I have to pay delivery fee if you don’t even deliver on the promised time and where is the missing order? If you don’t have stock just refund my money with immediate effect. You even owe me the delivery fee that you didn’t make on time.
