missing order

I have been ordering from Takealot for years. the way they have treated my recent order is very disappointing, I ordered 4 items more than a month ago, of 1 which was delivered to the collection depot, I have sent emails to more than 7 Takealot agents and various phone calls, even from the courier company. my query gets sent from person to person to person. I have tried really hard not to be rude, but no one seems to be interested in helping me, I still have not received my missing items and will not order from Takealot again. sad but true !!! I think it is wrong in the way they hope the problem will disappear , but this is theft !!! I have paid hard earned money for items for which I have nothing to show
