Missing/ Lost/ Broken goods...**** service

Not even worth the one star.

If goods are not delivered on time its damaged. I have spent the last 4 days, not including the weekend, waiting for deliveries of goods. This is the third time delivery is late.

When I send emails, because their phones dont work, I dont get a response for about a week. When I do get a response all they say is they will look into it and blame the third party courier. In essence, they have no clue what is going on and they have no clue where my goods are.

I dont want excuses, I would like to have good service.
