Missing items no feedback left hanging

To say that I'm disappointed 😞 is an understatement. On the 9th November I placed an order on takealot and delivery was then confirmed for the 11th November for which parcel was received and signed for by the receptionist at work only to open it and find missing items which I reported and received correspondence via email very promptly but to this day no one has called me to confirm when the missing items will be delivered. I ordered a textbook for my daughter who needs it for her exam on the 21st ...I suppose they don't care it's all about the money to them.
