Missing items no customer service at all.

I am a regular customer with takealot. Order ***7 has missing items since June 13th. I sent numerous emails to takealots useless customer service, with no resolve at all. Last email sent 4 days ago to Olwethu Ngalwana from takealots customer care and he just don't care. I just need a refund which they are failing to give. I won't recommend takealot they are useless if u have issues.
