Missing Items in Order

Hi

I ordered 4 items from Takealot on the 1 February 2024 Order #*** ... on the 7th February I got the collection notification. When i picked the stuff up I realized it was much lighter than I expected and checked the items before I left the Strand Collection point.

One items was missing and I immediately told the lady at the counter who check it with me and established it was missing. She then gave me a phone tor to call at the store and she confirmed with the call center the item was missing.

I was told I could leave with the items I received while they investigate ... to date this has not been resolved. My last contact was Rhania.I and i sent images of the items and boxes!

I need that item or my money back so i can go buy it at another vendor but Takealot seems to be stalling!
