Missing items in order.

I normally order from Takealot.com but I really received back service this time. I ordered my little ones Christmas gift that consisted off 4 Dinosaur but only one came. 1 Dinosaur for R500.00. I am struggling to get hold of anybody to help. I do not want to return the one I received. I just want the other 3 that is missing. Order #***
