MISSING ITEMS IN DELIVERY AND NI REFUND SINCE 2021!!

I ordered many items know in November 2021. The order was delivered a few items at a time, 1 item did not get delivered, my dog food.

I've phoned and emailed takealot multiple times in which I was always told that they are trying to sort the matter out .

I don't understand how could I not even get a refund as yet and how long does it take to sort out such a simple issue?

I understand it was the warehouse at fault, but this needs to be sorted out ASAP , it's actually ridiculous and discourages me from using the takealot site .
