Missing items from takealot and courier it

I placed an order with takealot on the 20th Feb 2024 and i oaid and it was supposed to be delivered the next week,courier it received the parcel but never delivered it to me instead i had to keep calling and following up on my parcels and was being sent from pillar to post.

I was told that they are busy moving so they will contact me once the move is done and i waited till i eventually had to pay an uber to go collect my parcels i paid close to R1000,got my parcel only to find 2 items missing. Called takealot to let them know about this and they said they would investigate from march till today they keep sending me system generated emails and now i dont know what to do because its now 3 months later and still nothing from takealot or courier it.
