Missing items from takealot

I've order 6 items and they sent me a box with a wrong item in it. I contacted takealot straight away and the created a return order for the one item. I'm still waiting for the other 5 missing items. they just say they are investigating. this is going on for 2 months and they are still investigating. They =are creating return order for me to return the stuff I have never received. I don't know how I must send nothing back to them
