Missing items from delivery

I've order a few stuff from Takealot.com. They have sent me in first place a box of items I've never ordered and a lot of my items from the order is missing. I've contacted them straight a way. I have returned the wrong order and they created a return order for thing that I never received. Not sure how I must send stuff back that I neve received. This is now going on for two weeks. They keep on creating a return order.
