Missing items from box

Absolutely FRUSTRATED WITH TAKEALOT. I received my order (Mecer Xhibitor Proficient 23.8" Cel J3455) last week 05/06/2019 only to discover the item had 2 parts missing from the box. I phoned in and after the first run around, i was advised that a pick up and drop off will be done. Then again i was told they need to check their warehouse stock to see if the same item they have there are also defective or not. Then on monday 10/06/2019 i phoned AGAIN to check the status of the initial agreement ONLY to be told that now they awaiting feedback from the SUPPLIER to determine weather the missing parts are part of the package or not, yet i stated it is, because on the takealot site it states it, under 'Whats in the box" I am getting the run around with these return consultants. All i want is what i paid for... Really ****ed off. They dont even bother to follow up with me, i have to call in every few hours for feedback. Absolute pathetic service being received from them.
