Missing Items Excuse

After spending serious money with take A Lot and never having an issue, they now treat loyal customers with disdain and mistrust. Apparently "missing items" now for something faulty returned. Definately not the case. So Amazon will eat your lunch now as there is no loyalty after this first and last spat.
