Missing items!!!!!

I've been using takealot for a while now and gave always received excellent service. However, on the 30th of August 2025, I placed an order for 11 items. The next day I received an email that my order was canceled. I called the call center to enquire about the reason for cancelation, the call center agent told me that some of the items weren't available at the time so they will have to split my order into 2 deliveries. I accepted. A Few day later, a received one item and two more items, the next days (so only 3 items received). I waited for the rest of the items. To my surprise, when I checked on the app, it showed that the rest of the items were delivered on the 8th of September. I called the call center to inform them that I never received any items on the 8th. I was told they would excilate the matter to the courier company and get back to me. I waited for feedback which I didn't receive. I called again and again. The same thing was said, that they'll excilate and give me feedback. It's been 3 weeks now and I don't know when I'll get the rest of my items.
