Missing items and no service

I placed an order with [URL Removed] and did not receive the full order. According to the system it shows that both items with shipped, however we only received one item. I called in several times and all they can tell me is that they will get back to me with feedback. I spoke to 2 agents and both said they will give me a call and up until now I did not receive any call. <br> <br> I want my complete order as I have paid for it. You guys are sitting with my order as well as my money.
