Missing items and multiple rescheduling

I used to trust takealot but that trust is fading rapidly. It's now the 2nd time in 1 year I have missing items in my order. The 1st was something small of R25 that i still have not received. Now I just opened my order and HALF the items are gone to the value of R 323. On top of this, i placed 2 orders that should've arrived the same day, one arrived and the other(with missing items) got rescheduled as they said i refused the delivery, even though i live in an estate with security who always accept parcels and been using the same address for 5 years now.
