Missing items

At the beginning of December '23 I ordered some items from Takealot. When they arrived I noticed a missing item. Logged a complaint and luckily it got resolved. Slip ups happen and so I decided to order again from them a few weeks later. My parcels arrived this morning and low and behold another couple of items missing.

The boxes weren't tampered with and I personally received them from the delivery guy which means the problem can only be at the warehouse. This is becoming a huge problem and is creating severe distrust. Not sure what went wrong because Takealot's service used to be excellent. Definitely won't buy from them again
