Missing items!

Takealot is the pits! I ordered a phone cover and 2x surge plugs on the 8th of May, and on the 9th when I picked up my order the box only had the phone cover but on my orders it shows I have received everything ordered when I didn't! I reported this but no one is helping. Order #***
