MISSING ITEMS

I’ve returned a speaker via Somerset pick up point in October 2021 and return was concluded “meant to be returned back to Somerset because I didn’t add the cable” to this day I’ve never received the speaker back and no one can answer to it.

Again I returned iphone at Parow pick up point, on 28th Dec 2021, at first return was concluded and the money was credited in my account then after a day it was taken away again, apparently it was mistake and they have returned back the item to Parow pick up point because I have to log out of icloud, to this day the item hasn’t reached Parow Depot

I’ve been calling back and forth and spoke to 8different agents and each of them promise to get back to me the same day or following and they never do, the likes of Mariska, Kamva, Zeenat, etc. No one seems to have answers of where my items have disappeared to. No one even has any decency of getting back to me with the feedback instead of being drained having to constantly call and explain myself to each agent over and over and over again, about the same thing, with no answers.

AT THE END OF THE DAY I PAID FOR THESE ITEMS AND THEY ARE NOT WITH, THEY ARE SEEMINGLY MISSING IN TAKEALOT HANDS AND ALL I WANT NOW IS MY MONEY BACK.
