Missing Item still not yet delivered.

Order #***, was delivered partially, the "George & Mason Santos Patio Bistro Set" is missing, the other items came in 3 boxes, I called yesterday on the 10.02.2026, and spoke to Qhayiya.G, and I was told that the order will be delivered today, 11.02.2026. But to my surprise a Takealot driver, driving a bakkie (Navara) delivered some parcel to my neighbor yet still my missing item is not included. Takealot is a big company why would you send a Toyota Tazz to do deliveries that requires a bakkie. Now I asked politely for the missing item to be cancelled and be refunded back the money, I will buy elsewhere, the service is very unprofessional, seems like you guys dont have enough resources to accommodate the items you are selling, because if ever things were ok we wouldn't be talking about a missing item, which is being kept at a branch for no reason,
