Missing item order no,***

I bought a computer combo in june {last month} from the above company ,which I took delivery on the 27th june.2023.The computer combo came in a tightly closed box. and not tampered with.The problem is that they did not come with a anti-virus software.When I emailed them that the anti-virus was not included as advertised,they kept kept insisting that I send them an image of the barcode and computer.I would advice people to refrain purchasing online because what you see on their website,is deceiving.You wont get what you see but you pay the full price and when you complain,they give you the run around.I kindly told that they could see all the information they are asking to refer to my order history No.*** on their website,but they acted very stubbond..iI was a loyal customer for many years,but unfortunately that not taken into account.
