MISSING ITEM ON TAKEALOT ORDER

I ordered a book, KOOK EN GENIET, on order number ***. I also ordered a TROUVROU MZANSI. I did receive the TROUVROU in a one book sleave. We even asked the driver here is only one book where is the other one. He confirmend only one book received in Nelspruit. I immediately lodge a complain and got an e-mail they will investigate. Three days later no reply or apology, and it seams takealot does not take my complain seriously. Sorry takealot this will be my last order if not resolved today. Will rather pay more at amazon, where there customer service does nit suck like Takealot.
